You will have a significant role in scaling a consumer subscription product beyond Finland.
FeelHobby is building a digital wellness studio designed to help people build sustainable wellbeing routines in everyday life.
We already have strong traction in Finland and have grown the business to over €1M ARR.
Now we are expanding internationally: starting with Poland.
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you own FeelHobby’s paid advertising performance and are responsible for its results in Finland and Poland. Your role is to turn FeelHobby’s voice into effective and scalable campaigns across our key channels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).
In this role you do not only optimize ads, you understand the entire customer journey. You see paid advertising as part of a broader growth system where attention is converted into leads and ultimately paying members.
You will manage a significant advertising budget and have a direct impact on FeelHobby’s growth.
🔸 Analysis and strategy first
You live by the numbers (CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR). You dig insights from data to guide strategic decisions, optimize campaigns and allocate budget efficiently.
🔸 Ownership of funnel thinking
You build and optimize advertising funnels that support different stages of the customer journey. You understand how to capture attention, collect leads, engage audiences and guide potential customers toward becoming paying members.
